[C38] Bilge

Larry, while I'm on my slip, the bilge is completely dry, but once under
way, the water from the rudder packing gland makes its way to the bilge..
And this is not a drip, no matter what I do,  it always comes as a
stream...
Remember that the icebox drain goes also to the bilge..
