[C38] sail polars

Nexus instruments just introduced a cool add on for their server,  Its
called race box, you  load your polars on an SD card, plug it in and the
instruments will display your TBS, PBS and Optimum True or  Apparent
angles to sail,  We got one of the first units produced (#3) and it took
some tweaking on both sides to get all the bugs out but now that its up
and working its way cool.    Its also does some other  starting line
stuff like distance to the line, count down timer we mostly use the
timer and the polar portions.
