[C38] Wiring the Mast

I had already pull the mast a few years back, that's why this is such a decision.

That would also be a good time to go through the headstock and check the
pulleys, their axels and see if the line/rope you are using is fitting
correctly.  On the "hard to do stuff" I always went the "in for a penny,
in for a kilo boatbuck".  Also the spinnaker blocks, and the various
tangs and attachments.

When we pulled Knee Deep's (JACE back then) mast, we found that some of
the spreaders had rot at the bottoms and near the attachment.  We ended
up replacing two of them.
