Max, do you still have  the cad file for the risers? If so could you  send it to me?

Mark, when the halyard is tight, there will be a lot of tension in the mast collar block, and it will tend to pull the deck upwards... That's why the turnbuckle needs to be installed from the deck, to the mast... If you don't, you will have constant leaks through the mast collar seal, and of course, cracks around the collar will start to develop.... The turnbuckle, u-bolt and pad eye is 3/8. I copied everything from a 1984 C38 that came with all these as original equipment...
Doug at Garhauer was the one that helped me with the mast collar plates...
