[C38] Masthead Halyard Sheaves

Hi Mark, all my halyards are rope and one is showing "suspicious" wear.
It's my understanding, from a discussion here a few years ago, that the
wire sheaves will take rope but will tend to wear it before its time. I'd
suggest checking your sheaves to be sure they are smooth and then make your
decision about whether to replace then.
