[C38] Catalina 38 Shirts

Dave, what rules mod? Nothing has come by me as the chairman of the
rules mod committee?  Any rules have to be class rules not individual
venues.

We have a meeting next Tuesday to try to finalize rules mods and set a
date. 
I have a committee boat lined up and a will be presenting an
announcement of race for approval.
