[C38] Catalina 38 Nationals - Notice of Race

Catalina 38 Owners,

Catalina 38 Nationals 2013 will be held in San Francisco Bay on August 
31st, 2013. Attached you will find the official notice of race. The race 
rules can be found on the front page of http://www.catalina38.org in the 
notice of race under rules.

Berkeley Yacht Club in Berkeley, California will be hosting the race and 
dinner. Race registration will be done through the yacht club for 
insurance purposes and I will provide signup information as soon as 
possible.
