[C38] Backstay measurement

To the ever informative C38'ers

 

Would anyone be able to advise of a good average backstay measurement for
our boats (ie top of the mast to the top of the transom)?

 

We are about to replace our rigging on Boheme (hull 362) involving the
temporary removal of the mast which appears very UPright compared with other
boats in the marina. 

 

We do not have a backstay tension adjustment and while we are not too
serious about racing we would appreciate any advice to get it right for the
refit.
