[C38] New Owner Hull # 95

Well come Greg, that boat ex-Renata, was very well maintained for several years by Tom, who is is still active on this forum and has an incredible knowledge  on C38's and, lucky for us, on a lot of other stuff!
If it was neglected by the other owner, all the systems should be the way Tom left it, which might be a good thing for you, since you just have to make maintenance instead of rewire, or make everything from scratch.. Hopefully!
