[C38] Wheel, key

We remove the wheel regularly in order to allow access to the stern end
of the cockpit when we are at the dock. The key on the wheel shaft has
a tendency to fall out. I fixed it into its keyway with a dab of 5200.
The greased shaft allows things to go smoothly and quickly.
