[C38] Port watertank

Thought Id share with the list my latest project. One of the first
things I did for Transpac prep back in 2010 was to remove the bow tank
and install an 18 gallon tank (the optional one designed by Catalina) on
the starboard side. Even with a water maker 18 gallons is inadequate
for family cruising. So I took a drawing Peter Lagan made and modified
it a little and had another built for the port side, fits great and
gives me another 18 gallons, I tied the two into a distribution center
in the bilge along with distribution of the water maker. Ill write up a
future article that goes into the details (macerator through hull
glassed over and rerouted).
