[C38] Location of Hot Water Heater

I'm sure the majority of C38 owners have a hot water heater and many have
the 13" x 13" x 19" 6 gallon unit I plan on getting. I have some questions?
Is it mounted in the Port Lazarette? If so, did you need to build a platform
to have it level? Did you order the heater with all the connections in the
front?
