[C38] Nationals/Seattle May 17th Registration now open

Steve,
     Congratulations on the NOOD - I tried to do it for San Diego about 
4 years ago but could not get 5 boats. Is the list-serve down? It has 
been very quiet and a new C-38 member is complaining about it over on 
Sailing Anarchy. Joe
