[C38] Forward hatch cover

[jessup1 at att.net]

The hatch was purchased from
Cruising Concepts, has been on the boat as long as I have had it, over 15
Years. I cruise primarily Newport to 
Catalina and range up the coast.
There has never been a problem. It
Is manufactured to the existing 
Hardware.
