[C38] rig dimensions

For the standard Cat 38 adhering to our rules, SPL =J = 15.5 ft. and ISP = I = H = 49.8 ft (for mast headed rigs).
These dimensions were lifted  from my So. Cal 2008 certificate which had a basic rating of 114.Steve O

SPL is for boats with an adjustable bowprit pole.  I don't recall providing an ISP dimension when I registered SuperStar with PHRF.

I suggest you leave those fields blank on your application, or write in "stock".   They have all the information on the boat they need, unless your boat has been modified.
