[C38] Maxprop setting

On the tranny, there's a simple way to figure out the ratio. You turn the
shaft and see how many turns the output shaft turns. Mine was right on 2:1.
I called PYI previously, and my settings were way off from what they
recommend. Was either going to go up to 16 deg or take chance to 18. They
had recommended 20, I think. Will call them again and work on prop
tonight,then launch tomorrow. Had bottom soda blasted as well, thinking
that all I had to do was prime and paint. Alot of sanding and some blister
repair as the weeks go by. Just in time for the Bermuda highs.
