[C38] Main sheet

Wow,  We just had a spontaneous vote for the MAINSHEET!  Keep in mind the  MAINSHEET adds "structure" to articles authored - you get comment and due dates for submission. If written for the listserve, I'm not sure the enthusiasm would be there.  As Charles meant to say, it takes a "hell of a lot work" to meet the requirements of even a simple article- many  thanks to those who contribute.Cheers,  Steve O

    Folks,

      The Mainsheet is the publication for all Catalina Yachts.  
      Dropping Mainsheet would separate us from those folks including
      the rendezvous and ongoing recognition of our C 38s among folks
      who talk Catalina.  I cannot tell you how much work Steve
      Smolinske and I put into writing the articles and sometimes it is
      more than we can handle!  Regardless, the archive of Tech Articles
      from all over the magazine as well as keeping abreast of the
      fleets, Catalina targeted advertising, etc. make me want to keep
      going with this.
