Dick, I have no idea where you live, but after you have checked on a price from a local metal fabricator, please check with Garhauer Marine at (909) 985-9993.  All you need is a set of plans and they can help you.  They have beat every project price I have been involved in by at least 40% (minimum).  If Catalina yachts can not help you with the plans, I can take measurements and send them your way.
