Chuck,

I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate what you and Anders do for us
Catalina 38 owners every day. I have done both jobs on a smaller scale and
we all need to realize how much time and planning it takes to do them as
well as you two guys. Thank you.

By the way I am changing my email to eyriephg at gmail.com

Please change my email account and my billing address.

Thanks again.

Larry! Not Fair!
You have been the "poster child" of email problems! We have traded many
emails about this and as far as I know... it has ended up as weird
attachments and varying providers. I have rebuilt your account on the
listserve more times than anyone else!
Regardless, it would be great to here from you and Hassle again!

By the way folks, IF you change email providers (going from a .com to a .net
or .org or whatever) you have to let me know as the system will
automatically reject your email as an unknown source.

Best,
Chuck

Also my fault. I was trying to clear things often but I really only got to
it about once a week.

Thanks,

Folks,
Every once in a while I need to explain to our new members how/why
things work (and don't work) on our listserve and website.
As many of you know, we do our very best to ensure the listserve does
not contain spam, phishing, hacks, and other malware you probably are
all too familiar with. That means I have to look at all large emails
and emails from folks new to the list as this is where the bulk of the
attacks come from. That action does delay new members who honestly want
to communicate.... And the process for clearing these emails requires a
recognized computer that sits on my desk at home. Under extraordinary
circumstances, I can access the servers while not at home, but that is a
real chore that takes a lot of time. I have been traveling for the last
several months, often out of internet contact. When I could get to a
reliable internet connection and had an hour or so to burn... I went in
and cleared the backlog.
And that is why there has been delays of late. We are all volunteers in
this organization and we do our best to keep things running, but these
delays are the price we pay to ensure we don't get hacked.
Welcome to our new members and we look forward to great conversations!
