[C38] exhaust leak

I have to ask the obvious just in case.  Was the wind behind you?  Even 
a little wind can drift the exhaust back up at you.
If not, the problem is almost always the exhaust riser elbow and water 
injection.  If you have cut out your port lazzarette, you should be able 
to get in the locker and see/smell the problem as the exhaust in just a 
bit forward of the locker.
It is not hard to fix on the run if you have the exhaust tape, but if 
doubt...  replace it and save yourself a lot of cleaning and complaining!
