[C38] yanmar exhaust riser is not cast iron

Hello Don,

Yanmar may make their risers out of stainless but my Universal riser was 
cast iron and it scaled and rusted to failure.  Stainless is the only 
way to go when hot salt water and metal make contact with each other.  
If Yanmar uses stainless for their risers they are smarter than 
Universal was.
