[C38] How do I tell if my heat exhanger is not working?

That's a different story.  If there is some coolant loss, probably there is probably a leak on the heat exchanger.  It must be removed and tested. 


My boat came without a coolant expansion tank, so if my coolant cap was damaged, all the coolant will go to the bilge.  
I did install a coolant tank.
