I just replaced some sanitary hose.  I used a heat gun to warm up the hose and then it slipped onto the plastic fittings.  The heat gun I used is also used to lift varnish.

Has anyone replace tubing? 
If so...what did you use? 
The present tube is white and wound with wire.  Seems a little over-kill for low pressure system.
