[C38] Window replacement

The previous owner of Dulcinea bought and poorly installed their replacement portlights from Cruising Concepts about 10 years ago. When I bought D 3 years ago with leaky ports, I found Cruising Concepts online with the intent of buying replacements and they were very pleasant and very eager to send me pictures of a C38 with replacement ports...they sent me a picture of my boat the previous owner had sent after installation! It know it was my boat because it was D's CF registration number. Unfortunately since they had been improperly installed, CC couldn't warranty the portlights and so I've been doing a terribly ugly caulking job every winter keeping them sealed up (just barely
) until I can replace them and reinstall them properly altogether. Hoping this summer/fall before the next winter. Other projects took precedence...

I am getting some crazing as you would expect, but they were a marked change for both the looks of the boat an maintenance. I never was able to figure out how installing glass windows in aluminum frames in a fiberglass boat was ever going to not leak!
