[C38] oil or varnish for exterior wood

I've had good experiences with Cetol. I've use oil and varnish over the
years and they both take dedicated maintenance.

No matter what you use there will be maintenance. Reducing sun exposure
will reduce the time/frequency you spend touching up the finish.
