[C38] Getting going in light air

I'm using on Jazz all Hank on
 
155 Norlam Poly/Taffeta 0-12
155 Dacron heavy air 12-18
135 carbon fiber 18-23kn
110 Dacron 25 and up

We have mostly light air during the summer here on the Chesapeake bay but big breeze all winter and fall.
