[C38] 2003 and 2004 Nationals

That was around the time when I took over as Commodore. I ran one 
nationals in Long Beach. I had a very rough run as Commodore because I 
was under the impression that the job was similar to other fleets where 
the Commodore was in charge. In the C-38 fleet the Commodore is a 
figurehead. The person running the blog and list/serve is in charge. I 
threw a lot of time and money down a rat-hole and am still bitter about 
it. Joe
