[C38] Water tank vent

Hello all,

My water tank is vented through a small hole in a screw-on cap on the top
of the tank.  I have to believe there must be better solutions out there.
It seems like a vent out the side of the boat like the one for the holding
tank would eventually let seawater into the water tank.  I'd appreciate any
suggestions or solutions.
