[C38] exhaust

exhaust should come out mixed with water. The water is injected to cool 
and muffle the exhaust.
If no water, then probably raw water pump impeller needs to be replaced.
Water mixed with exhaust is not a diagnostic for engine overheating.
Don't know why overheating.
