[C38] Boat for sale

Unfortunately due to illness we must sell, our Catalina38.    Built in
1982. she is in excellent condition - a freshwater boat for her entire
life, and used as a cruising boat since 2004.  She has been stored inside
during the winter months for the last 15 years (and year-round for the last
three years).   Extensive sail inventory including 4 mainsails(one with
less than 10 hours), 4 spinnakers, 4 jibs (1, #1, 2 #2 and storm jib).
~1,100 hours on the engine and a recently rebuilt transmission.  Raymarine
autopilot and Garmin electronics.  The boat is located in Mackinaw City
Michigan.
