[C38] Stern railing

My name is Steve Swanson, the boat is Maverick- hull 338.  Last October during A long stretch of horrible weather, Maverick was hit by another boat, both on our own moorings. Maverick sustained Starboard rear quarter damage.  The stern railing over to the swim ladder was destroyed.  We have been having a hard time finding a fabricator.  Would anyone have some insight into this problem?
