[C38] C-38 chainplates

[Max soto]

Well, the chainplate replacement project was finished a couple of weeks ago, when the last screw out of around 150 was finally screwed in. 
 Sealed everything with butyl, tunned the rig, when for a sail and everything performed flawlessly.   Never mind the looks on the deck.  I’ll get everything painted and kiwi grip will be applied by the beginning of 2021.
