[C38] Where to get heat exchanger for standard 5424 Universal

Hello All
The boatyard I was going to use is impacted and "cannot find" a heat
exchanger. So I spent time looking for one and now the questions:
1) Stay with the "normal" 2" or upgrade to 3" ?
2) If upgrade, is it a big deal with respect to fittings/hoses/brackets?
3)Where to buy in 2021?
4)Any sage advice?
