[C38] Replacing wind instruments

Hi All. I have a Signet Marine SL254  wind speed and direction indicator
which is no longer working properly. The wind speed is correct but the
direction no longer changes.

Has anyone replaced this with a newer bluetooth and solar-panel device?
Recommendations?
