[C38] Anchor Chain locker

Tom,

I have never heard of a drain to the bilge from the chain locker!  All 
of the C38 I have seen drain the chain locker out the bow.....  Perhaps 
your drain is plugged?  I do know if your chain locker fills with water 
because the hatch came open in a very bad storm on Lake Erie that water 
will work its way into the vee birth and make for a very soggy time!

Do you have pictures of your C38 drain?
