[C38] Joined the club! hull #34

Thanks everyone.   Got through the bilges last night making sure we
understood all the thru hulls.. doing sort of a bottom up inspection before
going through the subsystems.

This thing is packed.. newly installed A/C, Maxwell windlass, ultra anchor,
yanmar engine.. etc

>From the surveys,  cutlass bearing, a lower chain plate fiberglass needs
shores up and past time for the standing rigging (some stuff looks
original).. not too bad a list.
