[C38] Salvageable bits from stove?

Hi All

The boat's on the hard getting a bottom paint job. I requested that they
remove the original stove/oven since we never use it and would like to
replace it with a more "legal" stove/oven.

Question: are there any salvageable parts of the gimbal mounts that I
should save?
