[C38] New jib winches?

Hi All. My jib winches (Lewmar 48's) are stock and some parts are no longer
available. I don't know if new ones are hole-compatible. If they are not,
what are my options? I'm not that great with fiberglass/gelcoat etc and
that part of the deck coaming has to withstand  the sheet tension.
