TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This site is for the benefit of Catalina 38 International Association members. The Association posts items upon the request from members, but makes no assertions of quality or merchantibility. Indeed, the listing herein and any transactions undertaken are solely between the parties who choose to transact.
2. This site is maintained by the webmaster, who volunteers his time and is also an avid sailor. He will do his best to post items and to maintain the site, but be aware that a week or two might go by before he returns to port! If you need better service.... post an ad in one of the many sailing magazines!
3. Postings will remain up until you either contact me to take it down OR it seems to me that it is time to take it down.
4. Guidelines for submitting your gear/stuff/boat:

A. Be clear about which of the four categories you wish to post to: 1. Sails 2. Gear 3. Boats 4. Free or Trade
B. What you write is exactly what will be posted! So, be clear and brief.
C. If you are selling something, remember it needs a price (or price range).
D. Be sure to include your contact information (email, phone, fax, location, etc.)
