[C38] She's finally in the water!

Well, the sole is replaced, the steering pedestal is re-installed, and we
finally got her in the water Saturday.  Holy crap! That was a much bigger
job than expected.  Now to just clean up the huge mess (tools, sawdust,
spare parts...), re-install the hot water heater, fresh water pump, re-mount
the floor in the sail locker, bend on the sails....  Hopefully I'll get to
sail her before we go on vacation July 7th.
