[C38] repair or replace jibsheet footblocks?

Tom: Very interesting. I had not thought that a replacement sheave would be
available. I would still have the issue of having to go below to turn the
nuts, holding the bolts from above. The footblock bolts through; no sheave
or top removal w/out removing the whole tamale. I wonder about
reengineering the block, fix the bolts from below so no wrench required
down there, bolts perfect lengths, nuts above (opposite of what came with
the boat, nuts down). Rich West reminded me that Garhauer engineers stuff
for close to their stock cost, and I'm going to call them to see if I could
get new blocks with my bolt pattern. Don
