[C38] cut cockpit floor

Dear Russ: I dont think that you need a photo. This has to be one of the
simplest modifications that you can make. Tom has done it too.
I will make a photo for you this weekend.
Im worried about packing the gland on the rudder post correctly, this time.
Got it wrong last summer, and it leaks like mad. Gawd, removing that
quadrant for the wheel and the extra stuff for the autopilot is a bear. I'm
going to get someone who knows what they are doing to help me cut and place
the packing .
