[C38] sail locker saws

Russ: For long straight cuts, a circle saw (make sure when getting close to
the hull that the blade does not go into (through!!!) the hull!). Small
reciprocating, "jig" saw for the corners. Sorry for no pictures yet, Ive
been chained to my desk at work.
