[C38] tranmission lever adjustment

Hi Ken,

In regards to the transmission shift linkage adjustment, here's how it
works. You don't have to unscrew the plate from the transmission, or the
cable from the plate, there's a bolt on the bottom of the transmission lever
arm. Loose this bolt, put the shift lever on the pedestal in neutral
position, adjust the transmission arm until you have a 90 degree angle
between the cable pin and the lever, then tight the bolt. The only reason
where you have to unbolt the cable from the plate is if there's no possible
way to reach the 90 deg. angle in the neutral position.

Hope this helps,
