[C38] Keel Stub Wood Removal?

Unfortunately (for you, fortunately for me), it was a repair that had to be
made prior to us purchasing the boat.  A bulkhead also was replaced at the
same time. It took them about a month to do the repairs, and I don't know
the total cost because I didn't foot the bill, the selling broker did.
