[C38] Storm Sails

On Pretty Lady for SF Bay Sailing we keep a 90% Yankee
Cut jib on the furler and it is cut to be reefed.
We also have a removable inner forestay with a hank on
storm jib.
We can shorten the main to a third reef if necessary.
