[C38] Fuel tank tech info -- 5M attachments

Oh I also don't have any sort of opening to the front edge the quarterberth
like that neat little cupboard you have. so I have to lift the cushion to
get at the sea cocks. But I would have to do that anyway because they
wouldn't be accesible from that opening.
