[C38] Mounting An Aries Windvane?

Hello everyone.

I've found an Aries windvane that I want to mount on the stern of
Intemperance, and am hoping that you all have some clever ideas about
mounting hardware.

I need some combination of brackets and footings and hopefull that Speed
Rail or similar might suffice.

Any tips from anyone who's been down this road and emerged happy would be
much appreciated!
