[C38] A reminder about appropriate content

Just a reminder that chain emails, advertisements and anything you wouldn't
want your mother to see are not permitted content for the Catalina38.org
listserve. One such email came through this morning and I encourage anyone
who gets an email such as this to avoid opening it. Especially avoid any
attachments that might go along with it.
