[C38] Mast

They have a key employee (plant or facilities manager?) who has a 
C38.  His name is Don Averill, and he is very helpful and very 
knowledgeable about all things C38.  I have known him for years, he 
used to belong to a yacht club that I belonged to (he is at Shoreline 
now), and his help was invaluable when I replaced my mast a few years back.
